Delivery Policy

We guarantee My Wonderbell to be packaged and ready to go within 48 hours of purchase. You should receive a notification from us when it is on it's way. Actual dates of arrival depend on chosen shipping class, holidays, natural events, and special circumstances.

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

1. Standard: 3-7 business days

2. Expedited: 2-3 business days

3. Express: 1-2 business days

Standard shipping is $3.85 for the continental U.S.A. through USPS, our primary mode of shipping. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, and/or order a large format of Wonderbell's, additional shipping charges will apply.

The cost for shipping is based upon total quantity amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping charge for an order. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order.

Do we ship internationally?

We only ship to the continental U.S.A. as of now. You can follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter for new updates on new products, or on international shipping updates.

Return/Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To see if you are eligible for a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page, or email us directly at james@wonderbell.com with subject line "Request for Return/Refund." Please describe in detail when you purchased your Wonderbell, when your Wonderbell arrived, and what is the main reason for return. One of our team members will respond within 48 hours of receipt of your email.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
